houseofchill.club is operated by EQT VON 2018, S.L., a company registered in Spain, CIF B16582819, registered address Pere de Portugal, 11 – 4A, 07800 Ibiza, Spain (“House of Chill”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to every order placed through our website.
Our products
We supply frozen cocktail machines, alcohol, wine, beer, soft drinks, mixers and related equipment for delivery to villas, boats/yachts and events in Ibiza, along with the frozen cocktail machine on a rental basis for the duration of your booking.
Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to order from House of Chill. By placing an order, you confirm that you and all guests at your event are of legal drinking age in Spain (18+), and you accept responsibility for responsible service and consumption of alcohol at your event.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken in full by card at checkout, processed securely by Stripe. We do not take deposits and we do not collect payment in cash on delivery. Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have had an order confirmation email from us.
All prices shown on the site include Spanish VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate. Delivery across Ibiza is free on orders from €498; below that threshold a delivery charge is calculated at checkout.
Frozen cocktail machine hire covers one daily rental slot — either 12:00 to 16:00 or 18:00 to 00:00 — selected by you at checkout. Additional hours may be added at €50 per hour (VAT included) at the time of ordering. Extra hours requested on the day are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where an item is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where we cannot safely deliver to the address given.
Delivery and collection
Because addresses in Ibiza are often incomplete, we ask you to provide your villa, hotel or yacht name and a Google Maps pin at checkout, along with your delivery date and chosen rental slot. We will contact you to confirm the exact arrival time.
Collection of the machine is scheduled automatically for one hour after your rental period ends, including any additional hours you have purchased. Your collection time is shown to you at checkout and repeated in your order confirmation. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is present and that the equipment is accessible at that time.
If we cannot collect the equipment at the scheduled time because nobody is present or access is not possible, we may charge a further rental period at the applicable hourly rate, and you remain responsible for the equipment until it is recovered.
You must be present to receive the delivery. If we attend at the agreed time and cannot deliver because nobody is available or the location cannot be reached, the order is treated as a late cancellation under the section below.
Cancellations and changes
Because our machines and stock are reserved for you and the Ibiza season is short, the following applies to cancellations, calculated from the start of your rental slot:
- More than 7 days before: full refund of everything you have paid.
- Between 3 and 7 days before: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before: no refund.
Changes to your date, rental slot or order contents are welcome and free of charge where we can accommodate them, subject to availability. Request changes as early as you can by emailing chill@houseofchill.club or messaging us on WhatsApp.
Refunds are returned to the original payment card and typically reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Under Spanish and EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the hire of equipment or the supply of services on a specific date or during a specific period, nor to perishable goods. Our cancellation terms above apply instead.
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason within our control, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures or power failure, though we will always refund you for anything we could not deliver.
Equipment and liability
Our frozen cocktail machines and related equipment remain the property of House of Chill at all times. You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection, including any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, which may be charged at replacement or repair cost. Equipment is supplied in full working order; please inspect it on delivery and tell our driver immediately if there’s a problem. House of Chill is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of the equipment or from the consumption of alcohol at your event.
Our liability
We aim to deliver an excellent experience, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ibiza (Balearic Islands), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your place of residence.
