What personal data we collect
When you place an order, browse our site, or contact us, we may collect:

- Billing address
- Delivery information: villa, hotel or yacht name, a Google Maps pin or link to your location, delivery date and time window, machine collection date and time window, and any access notes you provide
- Order details: products ordered, order value, deposit and balance payments, order history
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and site usage data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
