Highland reposado, rested in oak. 700ml.
Espolòn Reposado rests in lightly charred American oak barrels, long enough to take on colour and spice but not so long that the agave disappears underneath it.
Vanilla, caramel and toasted oak over sweet roasted agave, finishing with the black pepper that runs through the whole range.
Excellent in a spirit-forward cocktail, and good enough to pour neat once the sun has gone down.
