Every House of Chill order is delivered, set up and collected by us. You do not need to lift, plug in, clean or return anything — that is the whole point.
What delivery includes
The price of your frozen cocktail machine covers delivery to your door, professional setup on site, and collection at the end of your rental. There is no separate setup charge and no deposit.
We bring the machine, your chosen 6 litres of cocktail mix, and the plastic cocktail glasses, straws and napkins to serve it with. If you have added refills, drinks or snacks, they arrive at the same time.
Where we deliver
Anywhere on Ibiza — private villas, hotels, and events. Because addresses here are often incomplete or unmapped, we ask for your villa or hotel name and a Google Maps pin at checkout. That pin is the single most useful thing you can give us: it is what gets our driver to the right gate rather than the right general area.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free across the island on orders from €498. Below that, a flat delivery charge of €35 applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Rental slots
Your machine is delivered for one of two daily slots:
- Afternoon — 12:00 to 16:00
- Evening — 18:00 to 00:00
You choose your slot at checkout. Need longer? Add extra hours at €50 each (VAT included) while you are ordering — they extend the end of your slot. Extra hours asked for on the day depend on whether the machine is booked after you, so it is always safer to add them upfront.
Collection
We collect the machine one hour after your rental period ends, including any extra hours you have added. Your exact collection time is calculated at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email, so there is nothing to arrange separately.
An afternoon slot with no extra hours means collection at 17:00 the same day. An evening slot finishing at midnight means collection at 01:00, in the early hours of the following day.
Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is there and that the machine is accessible at that time. If we cannot collect it, we may charge a further rental period, and the equipment stays your responsibility until it is back with us.
How soon can you deliver?
Same day where possible. We will always try, and in quieter weeks we usually can — but machines are finite and Ibiza summer weekends book out. If your date is fixed, order as early as you can. If you are trying to pull something together for tonight, message us and we will tell you straight away whether it is doable.
What we need from you
- Villa, hotel or event name — so the driver knows what they are looking for.
- A Google Maps pin — dropped on the actual entrance, not the nearest road.
- A mobile number we can reach on the day.
- A second on-site contact, if you will not be there yourself. This is the one that saves the most trouble: a villa manager or a friend who can open a gate is worth far more than a perfect address.
On the day
Our driver will call ahead. Setup takes a few minutes — the machine needs a flat surface and a standard power socket within reach, ideally in shade if it is outdoors. Have a think in advance about where you want it, because once it is running and full it is not something you want to move.
Check the equipment when it arrives and tell the driver immediately if anything is wrong. If a problem appears later, call us rather than trying to fix it yourself.
Changes and cancellations
Changing your date, slot or order is free wherever we can accommodate it — just ask as early as possible. Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.
