Hennessy VSOP Privilège is aged considerably longer than the VS, drawn from around sixty eaux-de-vie and matured in lightly toasted French oak barrels.
Fuller and more elegant, with candied fruit, clove, cinnamon and a honeyed vanilla depth. The finish is long, smooth and warm.
The step up for after-dinner drinking, and the bottle to bring out when the evening slows down. A litre for a house that entertains.
